Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions conducted on this site and through all sales channels associated with Lindons (a trading name of ABC Maintenance London Ltd.), including platforms like Amazon and eBay. Please take the time to review them, as they do not impact your legal rights. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon their publication on the website.
Orders
- We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site. However, mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you've ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order before shipping the product(s). In such cases, we will notify you of the error and allow you to proceed with the order at the correct price, amend it with a similar product or cancel it. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
- Payment for your items is processed in full at the time of placing a new order.
- Upon purchasing your new appliance/s, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. We will make every effort to deliver your appliance/s promptly, depending on manufacturer availability.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order or if it is discontinued, we will provide you with a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
Deliveries
- A signature will be requested upon delivery.
- Please be aware that a free standard delivery and services are available only if there is a step-free access. If there is a non step free access to where the appliance should be installed, we will have to charge a non-standard delivery fee of £20
- While we strive to avoid it, there may be instances where deliveries need to be cancelled last minute (such as due to stock shortages, manufacturing delays, or issues with the delivery vehicle). This is why we recommend that all customers refrain from scheduling fitters until they have received the goods, as we will not be able to process any claims. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from delays in the delivery of goods.
- Kindly notify us of any parking restrictions that may be applicable
- Customers are not permitted to assist the delivery team under any circumstances.
- Once the package has been delivered to the specified address, the responsibility for the items falls on the recipient. If the items are moved to a different location by you or a third party, we cannot be held accountable.
- If you wish to pick up your new appliance, please get in touch with our team to coordinate the necessary arrangements.
- American Fridge Freezers / Range Cookers: These are large, bulky items and require plenty of clearance through doorways to get them into the room of choice. If the doorways are not suitable then we will either deliver to the doorstep or return to our warehouse and a cancelled delivery charge will apply.
- Before shipping, all products undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse to ensure the packaging is intact and the items are free from any visible damage. Our rate of damaged items is significantly below the industry average.
- It is important for the customer to inspect the items upon delivery to ensure there is no visible damage. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, it will be assumed that whoever signs for the item(s) has the customer's authorization. You must sign to confirm that the item(s) have been received in perfect condition. If any damage is noticed at this stage, the item(s) can be returned with the delivery driver and replacements will be provided.
- If you notice any damages upon delivery, please report them within 24 hours and send photos to hello@lindons.uk. We will then seek approval from the manufacturer for a replacement, although it is not guaranteed, especially if you signed for the items in perfect condition upon delivery.
- If you require your items to be taken up any stairs (both internal or external) then please contact the office. We offer free delivery which is doorstep only, however, a member of our sales team would be happy to talk you through our procedures regarding taking items up stairways as we can offer a 2-man delivery service at an extra cost.
If your item cannot be delivered due to certain circumstances (please see a list below), a charge may be applicable .
- Your contact details were incomplete or incorrect, causing the delivery to fail.
- You decline to accept the delivery when our delivery vehicle arrives.
- There is no one at the delivery address to receive the package during the allocated time slot.

Warranty/Guarantee
All our products are backed by a minimum 12-month manufacturer's guarantee, and you will receive guidance on how to register your product either in the product packaging or on the manufacturer's official website. We suggest reviewing the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty before making a purchase. This information can be accessed on the manufacturer's website or by contacting their customer service department.
Since most of these products are intended for household use, they may not be covered by warranty if used in a business or commercial environment. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any concerns about this. If a product is used in a commercial setting and malfunctions within the warranty period, and is not covered by the household warranty, we cannot be held liable.
